• The Nowra Shoalhaven Touch Association (NSTA) organises Summer and Winter Touch Football competitions which are played at Lyrebird Park in Nowra on the South Coast of NSW.

• NSTA is affiliated with Touch Football Australia and uses accredited referees. This competition is played in accordance with the Laws of Touch 7th edition.
